When making a purchase, choose the size and color.

All clothes are made in the PIENALOTÉ workshop in Sigulda, in the quarter of Sigulda Castle. The products we offer are handmade and each of the clothes we offer to buy is created right here in Latvia, in limited quantities.

We prepare and ship the product within 2-5 days. We send the finished product on the day of payment of the purchase or the next day. In some cases, the production of the product may take a little longer, but in that case we will definitely inform you about it by sending a message to the e-mail address you provided! :)

* You can pay for the order by bank transfer or using PayPal;

* After confirming the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of the order and an invoice to the e-mail address you specified;

* We will send you a message about the planned delivery date of the product. (If the order is very urgent, please indicate it in the "additional info" box when placing the order).

* We ship the finished products on the day of purchase or the next day, but we mostly prepare and ship the rest of the products within 1-3 days. If the production period will be longer, we will certainly inform you about it, and if it does not suit you, we will automatically return the money for the paid goods;

* Before sending the product, we will send the tracking code to the e-mail address you provided, so that you can track your shipment;

* We ship the product after receiving the payment.

We use the parcel machine delivery service to deliver the goods in Latvia. If you want to recieve in differnent country, please choose "Piegāde ar Latvijas pasta starpniecību visā pasaulē, 10.00€“ and add your delivery address information in the blank field manualy.
