Terms & Conditions
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the online store owner must provide information regarding delivery, return policy and the right of withdrawal. This information constitutes a Distance Contract (according to Cabinet Regulations).
Distance Contract
In this online store, the seller on one side (hereinafter — the Seller) and the person placing an order on the other side (hereinafter — the Buyer) enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
Order, Payment & Delivery
The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods.
Payment for the order can be made using the available online payment options or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 days from the moment payment is received, agreeing on the delivery time with the Buyer when necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller.
A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer via email upon request.
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
Withdrawal rights cannot be applied if:
the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned or have been used/worn;
the goods were made specifically for the Buyer according to a custom order.
According to Article 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”
The Seller reserves the right to refuse withdrawal or withhold compensation if the returned goods are damaged due to careless handling or if care instructions have not been followed.
Data Processing
By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be processed for the purposes of accepting the order and delivering the goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications to the provided email address related to order processing.
