TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such provisions constitute a distance contract in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Procedure

The Buyer places an order through this website by indicating the type and quantity of goods required. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment methods integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 days after payment has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller. Upon request, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a withdrawal form by email.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. All costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned or have been worn or used;
• the ordered goods have been manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;

Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's right of withdrawal or to deduct compensation if the goods have been damaged, handled negligently during use, or if the care instructions have not been followed.
