Choosing the Right Size

The sweatshirt has a comfortable, relaxed fit, and each size is designed to fit approximately two height ranges. For example, size 110 is suitable for a child measuring approximately 110–116 cm in height.

Care Instructions

To help your child’s sweatshirt retain its shape, color, and print quality for longer:

• machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C;
• turn inside out before washing;
• wash with similar colors;
• do not tumble dry;
• do not bleach;
• iron inside out at a temperature of up to 110°C;
• do not iron directly over the print;
• do not dry clean.

Designed and Made in Latvia

Every PIENALOTÉ children’s sweatshirt is made in our studio in the Sigulda Castle Quarter. Each piece is carefully handcrafted in Latvia in limited quantities, with close attention paid to every detail. The tiger design is also individually applied using the screen-printing technique.

Production and Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. If your chosen sweatshirt is already in stock, we will ship it on the day your payment is received or on the following business day.

In some cases, production may take a little longer. If this happens, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order. If you need your order urgently, please let us know in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.

Once your parcel has been prepared for shipping, we will send a tracking number to your email address.

Payment

You can pay for your order:

• through our online payment system;
• by bank transfer;
• via PayPal;
• in cash when collecting your order in person.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation and invoice at the email address provided. Your order will be made and shipped once payment has been received.
